About Us
Our Impact Model
The Humanistic Management Center works to make impact on three levels supporting the transformation towards a more human-centered market economy. The three levels are knowledge generation, knowledge dissemination and knowledge application.
To enhance the transparency of our work for all stakeholders and also to provide a reflection anchor to ourselves we have developed an impact model. In this model the inputs we deploy are the starting point leading on to a set of core activities that are determining our working focus. Resulting from our activities are outputs from which we derive outcomes that our work is producing. Following desired outcomes our impact model concludes in the impact we wish to generate.
