Dorothee Felber serves as entrepreneurial business partner at managing and strategic boards of international small and medium-sized enterprises and alumni chapters of business schools for many years.
Committed to lifelong learning she studied at the Université, de Fribourg, University of California, University of Zuerich, Graduate Business School of Stanford, University of Fudan, University of St. Gallen and Business School of Harvard.
Dorothee Felber received Master Degrees in Law and General Management EMBA. She joined the Humanistic Management Center to share her expertise in Corporate Leadership, Human Capital Management and Innovation.
Her academic research and consulting focuses on the key success factors of sustainable and innovative enterprises: people-master-trust.
