What Makes Organizations Great?


Project Management Institute is the world's leading not-for-profit professional membership association for the project, program and portfolio management profession. Founded in 1969, PMI delivers value for more than 2.9 million professionals working in nearly every country in the world through global advocacy, collaboration, education and research.

The Project Management Institute Switzerland Chapter is hosting a series of high caliber events on a range of topics. Part of its mission is to "Foster a community of project management practitioners and organizations in Switzerland to promote professional contacts, share experience and knowledge."

The Humanistic Management Center gladly accepted the invitation to present and discuss the foundations of a human centered management paradigm under the framing question of What Makes Organizations Great?. This presentation will look mental models, key drivers and a management paradigm that makes organizations great.
