The three pillars IGNITE is founded on are Company Culture, Leadership Values and Reinforcing Society through Business. With these three pillars the initiative aims to inspire and provide learning opportunities for businesses and students alike on creating value and making positive impact on a wide swath of stakeholders. Learning about and learning from outstanding companies that are purpose driven and achieve the dual objective of generating a positive impact on the communities they operate in as well as earning healthy profits stands at the heart of IGNITE.

In addition we gladly support IGNITE through the Humanistic Management Network serving as Vision partner and by offering supervision on Bachelor and Master Theses through the IGNITE-Connect platform.
