Pre-BHR Forum Workshop, Geneva, Switzerland, 2016
Humanistic Management: Foundation, Collaboration, Impact
From the 14th to the 16th of November 2016 the fifth Business and Human Rights (BHR) Forum of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights at the United Nations (OHCHR) took place in Palais des Nations, Geneva, Switzerland. On the 13th of November 2016 we invited the Humanistic Management delegation to a pre-BHR Forum workshop on Humanistic Management.
The workshop was geared towards an active exchange and assessment of opportunities to collaborate on initiatives related to Humanistic Management. It was therefore centered on an open discussion framed by a presentation on foundational principles of Humanistic Management. The presentation highlighted the Context, Mental Model, Key Drivers and the Management Paradigm for Humanistic Management as developed by the HMC.
During the three days of the Forum the Humanistic Management delegation attended a broad range of parallel sessions at this three day event that welcomed around 2500 participants to Geneva.
