Each of the learning circles had two parallel sessions during the conference in which workshops were conducted with the help of external experts. The Humanistic Management Center was supporting the Learning Circle on Entrepreneurship jointly with Uwe Lübbermann of Premium and Samir de Chadarevian, an independent impact investment advisor. During the Workshops a series of business plans developed by the participants were discussed alongside practical exercises from the perspective of democratic leadership, success factors for entrepreneurs and fundraising for impact focused start-ups.
