The organizational culture of Sytel Reply is based on collaboration, caring and strong values making this company a great place to work. In addition this culture continuously leads to great client satisfaction and, in turn, set the organization on an impressive growth path. One of the internal initiatives of Sytel Reply is to host monthly Alignment Meetings in which the different departments of the organization share the status of their client engagements and general developments in their work to ensure that everyone is up to date and also to have fun and allow for informal networking time.
The Humanistic Management Center was honored when asked to present during the April 2014 alignment meeting of Sytel Reply. The topic was How organizations achieve the extraordinary and the presentation was focused on the insight that outstanding organizations achieve extraordinary results when being purpose driven and legitimacy seeking; when being passionate with integrity; and when doing what they do with love.
